  • I have been trying for 3 days to get an appointment for a colonoscopy. The scheduler, Connie, has been driving me, my primary care physician and my insurance company crazy as she insists on getting documentation that is not necessary under my plan. If I die from colorectal cancer, maybe my daughter can file a lawsuit.
