  • I went to this valvoline location last night for an oil change. After the oil change was complete my car was sputtering every time I tried to start it. Chris, the manager, went out of his way to determine the problem. It turns out my spark plugs had never been replaced (my car has over 120,000 miles). After showing me the issue, he had spark plugs delivered from an auto store and installed the new ones free of charge. He was thorough and showed me how to change them myself next time. My car started with mo problem after that. They were friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond the typical oil change to make sure I left with a car that is safe to drive.
