  • After making this a regular stop on every trip to Vegas, I just have to update my review to say that the quality just never wanes. If anything, the food has gotten better. I also want to give a special shout out to the bartender, Ephran. My wife and I love to eat at the bar here. My wife likes Chardonnay, but they had none by the glass. After serving her samples from a couple of different white wines, she wasn't digging any of them. Instead of letting it drop, he came back with an open bottle of chardonnay and not only let her have it by the glass, but gave her the last glass complimentary. All the bartenders here are great, as is the service overall. Add that to the food, which I consider the best of any restaurant I've ever been to, and it's an unbeatable dining experience. I'll be back in November! Mouths already watering thinking about the blue corn pancake with duck!
