  • Horrible service, bad attitudes n employees just dazed and looking around confused while people are in line. Careless, useless and making up rules as they go. They would not take my package because of the envelope it was in? "The conveyor belt would rip it apart she said? What is it made out of razor blades?? You have envelopes like this on your shelf for sale. Not to mention mine was pretty much laminated with tape and they still refused my package and tried sending me clear across town.. I ship everyday and never had any problems, infact drove a block away and dropped off the same package without any issues! I will NEVER use this location again as long as Jainee or whatever here name is works there. How dare you refuse a paying customer!
