| - I was unimpressed with this place. While at the Fashion Show mall, my boyfriend and I were coming down the escalator when he spotted the display of ice creams here. It looked enticing so we decided to check it out. We each sampled a flavor. I tried the birthday cake, and it literally had no taste whatsoever. I don't know how that's possible for birthday cake, but it honestly tasted like absolutely nothing. He tried one of the peanut butter flavors, and obviously didn't like it because he decided not to get anything here and went and got a pretzel next door instead. I felt bad not getting anything though, so I ordered coconut sorbet in a waffle cone. The whole ordering process was awkward, because I ordered it and was waiting for the girl to give it to me, but she walked away to the other side of the counter and didn't come back. I finally went over there, and apparently she was standing at the register waiting for me to pay. I thought that was strange because normally you get the ice cream first and pay at the end, but whatever. So I paid, and as soon as I did a group of people came up to the register. Rather than get my ice cream so I could leave since I had already payed and then take the next customers, the girl answered several questions for the group and then took their order and rang them up. The whole time I was standing by the ice cream counter patiently waiting for what I had bought, which I honestly didn't even want in the first place, I only ordered it since she had let us sample first and I felt bad. I seriously considered telling her to just cancel my order while I was waiting, but I definitely didn't want to make a scene. Another employee eventually came out and got my order for me, while the first girl was still with the other customers. The coconut sorbet was definitely better than the birthday cake ice cream, but it still wasn't great. Not much flavor and the texture was hard. Honestly I would not come back here.
