  • When I walked in this morning to drop off my puppy for her spay surgery appointment, there was no greeting. They did not say a single word until I said something. The male nurse has a terrible attitude; he seems like he is having a period. He is very grouch and he seems like he does not like his job. When I told him my puppy's vulnerable state and gave him a document from UIUC animal hospital, he simply said he did not need that paper and it was okay to give my puppy spay surgery. When i walked in this morning, he asked me for that paper even though he said last time he did not need it. I felt like i was talking to DMV officer. He simply does not care. I really hope that he likes animals at least. I love the doctors there. They truly love their jobs and take good care of their patients. I love the other nurse who you see first before you meet with a doctor. She explains everything very clearly and gives good advices. Overall I hate that they hired this horrible male nurse, especially for the front office. It makes me vomit to see this male nurse every time I walk into their office. It ruins my day to see his cold grouch I hate this workplace attitude face. But doctors are great. Hope they get rid of the horrible attitude male nurse.!!!!!!!!!!!
