  • The ice cream is okay, nothing special, or worth the money. If you can look past the sub par customer service maybe you can enjoy ice cream with your family. The store is just a bunch of teenagers, smacking their gum in front of customers and carrying on their personal conversations on the line ignoring everyone else. I've worked at cold stone and my coworkers and I never provided such poor customer service. They really know how to make you feel unwelcome
