  • In my senior year, this bus company started, which meant I no longer had to rely on Suburban Express to get home! Peoria charter has friendly customer service, a nicely-designed website which makes buying tickets easy, they never engaged in scummy advertising practices like their competition, and they usually offered pretty good coupons! They also don't have a list of like twenty rules, like "fold ticket exactly in half or the bus driver won't accept it." They treat their customers like actual people worthy of respect, instead of like cash cows. We all had to get home somehow if we didn't have access to a car, and I was SO glad when this company came on the scene, because there was actually a good option for once. No longer
