  • One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was to put our beloved happy labrador retriever Jake down. Unfortunately he was declining over Labor Day weekend and Dr. Kristin responded right away to my call. She was able to come the next morning and send Jake over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kristin and her assistant Debbie were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They took their time, explained what was happening and genuinely cared about us and our dog. They gave him and us so much dignity during his final moments. I was very impressed by their empathy and patience. They gave us a ceramic pawprint as well and after Debbie personally came back to deliver Jake's ashes, they even sent us a sympathy card. I just cannot say enough great things about the staff, especially during such a crummy time for us pet owners, they made the process and decision easier.
