  • Had a reservation for 8am. No Car. Told me to come back at noon. No car. Evidently told about ten people they could rent a car only to have them sit for well over an hour waiting for cars to arrive. The employees chose not to convey to anyone that they were out of cars but let them check in anyways. Some people had been there over an hour and half waiting for a car with at least another hour wait. HORRIBLE service.
