  • This is perhaps the biggest buffet in Las Vegas, however, the flavor is difinitely limited! The standards of this place has gone down and the prices keep going up! Sure they have many types of foods, but they don't pay much attention to the taste, presentation, and quality of what the Carnival World Buffet was about 6years ago. Salty food, bland food, hot food gone cold and cold food that has gone warm. Carved meats that needs some serious injection of Au Ju, shrimp that is saltier than the sea, and cocktail sauce that is sour as a lime can be. Stale wontons ands stale tortillas and greasy gravy pools on top of some boxed up watery mashed potatoes. Definitely go and grab some In and Out instead of spending $$$ here.
