  • CPM is the worst management in town and I have to tell this to everyone since their management is a joke. Rats everywhere, cracking walls, bad AC, malfunctioning microwave, etc you have millions problems after move in. The worst thing is that they always sell their parking permit to the cars from nowhere so that your car permit for 500 $ is a rubbish because there is always no parking space left to you after 9:00 o'clock. You always have to worry about not being able to find a parking space after paying 500$ a year. Is a parking space with an electrical pole right in front a parking space?????? can you park a car in when there are cars on both sides?????? when your car can not be parked in the spot for no parking space, they would have your car towed even before letting you know and they want you to pay 150$ for this because they said there exists a parking space 200 yard from your apartment where you can park your car you never heard of before. What's even wore is that they told you you should have known about that even without having given you any information on that before. Sounds ridiculous? Very bad attitude and chaotic management. They are so happy and show carelessness when I said I wanted to post this online
