My new favorite Asian bakery! 5 Star rating based on:
1) Coconut Raisin Bar- Perfect ratio of filling to bread. Shredded coconut swirled throughout the pastry, raisins in every other bite, and sprinkled with slivered almonds to balance out the sweetness.
2) Trio of mini red bean, mini taro, and mini custard- took a bite of each with the intent to "taste" test but ended up eating all 3. Portion control #fail!
3) Japanese cheesecake- light, moist, creamy - but not overly so, with just enough sweetness. Pairs well with a cup of coffee or matcha for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert. The texture is out of this world and in my opinion, what cheesecake SHOULD be.
