  • I never leave reviews, I just use yelp to read them. But I just felt the need to tell everybody of the great customer service and service in general I received from this Discount Tire location. Although the location was very busy, I never felt that the quality of customer service I received was compromised. I was helped by Patrick and he took the time to inform me of everything I was being charged before we went ahead with the transaction. He also suggested different option but never made himself too pushy like other auto places do. There were about 5 or so people in line almost the whole time I waited for my car and Patrick never seemed overwhelmed, he was as cool as a cucumber and helped everybody else out. He would update customers waiting in the lobby of the status of their vehicle and continually thanked everybody that came in. I always feel so out of place when I go to a car place but I felt like Patrick and the rest of the Discount Tire crew really wanted to help. I will recommend this location to everybody I know. Two co-workers of mine recommended this location to me and now I know why! I wish I would have come here sooner. Thank you for all your help!
