  • I give 3 stars instead of 1 this time. My visit was much better. I didn't have to wait more than 1.5 hrs for oil change and my. I bought my rogue with the promise of 2 yrs of service included 4 times every 6 months however each time they service my car they tell ne to come vack after 3 months. They use the cheap oil that last 3 months instead of the kind that lasts 6 months so my included service runs out in 12 months instead of 24 as promised during the purchase. That's called DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICE isn't there a law against that ? Or Maybe the service side cannot honor the sales offer ? The service agent tells me the offer made during the sale is not what they deliver when servicing your car and they only provide the oil change every 3 months. This is a shady practice and should be looked into. Now i got my service for 1 yr instead of 2 yrs
