  • Proficient Patios did four separate jobs on our home over the last 18 months. They have done a free standing patio cover (pergola), landscaping, an outdoor kitchen BBQ, and a full length patio cover for the back yard. Working with Matt and his team has been fantastic. From the first visit, to each update call and all the laborers who work on the various projects, the service and communication is first rate. Sure, there are miscues, but if you are expecting projects to go 100% perfectly, then you have never hired a contractor or done construction. The difference with Proficient Patios, is that they follow-up and correct any issue. They are on-the ball with a suggestion and the quality of their product is fantastic. I would highly recommend Matt and the Proficient Patios team to anyone who has a backyard project. They know what they are doing. I am very surprised by all of the negative reviews on YELP. Our experience was so dramatically different that there must either have been some real unexpected issues, or no matter how good Proficient Patios was, they would never be satisfied.
