My mother has been taking her Jeep here for over a year to get oil changes and routine maintenance. She called and was told to bring her Jeep in for an oil change at 4:30pm and was assured by Jaime that it would be ready by 7pm. Upon returning at 7pm her car had not moved from the spot she had left it. After waiting for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the counter staff...he was loudly taking on his cell phone about another customer present in the waiting area... he finally addressed my mother and said that the oil change had not been done. No phone call, no apology..I was very disappointed with the lack of service and courtesy and am sure that no one in my family will be returning there for service of any kind. There were four customers inside the store and three of them seemed displeased to angry about the level of service. I am sure that we are not the only customers lost this evening.
