I recently came in to Kiehl's for their recycle program where you bring an old jar in and they give you $10 credit. I was new to the brand but had heard great things about them so I was hoping to try out a moisturizer because I'm in dire need of one.
The store is cute and small and chock full of products. Right away my friend and I were greeted by Zach who was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. After discussing skin and a couple products, he gave us both samples of the whole skincare routine (face wash, toner, moisturizer) and also the midnight recovery concentrate. As we left, Zach said he would give us a call to see how we're doing with the products.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I look at my mail and guess who sent me the cutest postcard? Yup you guessed it, Zach! Now that's good customer service. I've already purchased the toner and I'm about the pick up the Sodium PCA moisturizer soon!
