  • I would avoid doing any business with this company. I appreciate that someone answered the phone on the weekend and the technician also did give us a call to let us know he was 30-minutes away. But once the tech inspected the garage, he was really just trying to get the most money out of us. We had a broken spring but he quoted us for over $800 worth of parts and labor for a spring and several other unnecessary items. As part of the original quote, the spring was $149. Once he realized I didn't want the extra stuff, the spring price changed to $179 and a $129 install labor fee. It's just really poor practice to have lies and deception as part of the business model. I found another company that was actually trustworthy and about 1/5 the price of these guys. Yikes...
