I had a cut and colour with an intermediate stylist, she really did not perform as an intermediate stylist, more as a beginner. She didn't listen to what I wanted to have done, dyed my hair (balayage) and then asked what cut I wanted... what if I wanted a short bob and all the colour would be cut off? Overall, she didn't do what I asked for. I called and explained the situation and the front desk was very apologetic and understanding. I was scheduled in quickly to have the cut corrected, but the stylist called in sick and the front desk cancelled my appointment (with just a 3hr notice), and didn't provide alternative times.
It seems like they have a good client base and don't care for new ones, which is very unfortunate.
