Been living at Mirador for over a year and it seems like the complex is going down hill. Security gate is always broken, which was a selling point, a secure complex! We have had a stranger knockng at our door very late at night, we no longer feel secure living here. Old appliances and when they are repaired they are just replaced with another old refurbished appliance. Attended resident breakfast once, never returned again since staff serving wasn't following Serve Safe guidelines. Broken down vehicle allowed to be parked for over a year in the complex, right near the model apartment, even when there is a policy against it. And we had an issue with our moving pods in the lot for 4 days. We let them know beforehand they would be there Friday to Monday and we were still called about it. Some resident near us leaves their barking dog on the porch for long periods of time and just the other night we overheard another resident hollar that he was going to kill the dog. It definitely is annoying and frustrating but that is ridiculous! Verizon has very poor service in the complex, not Mirador's fault just something else to mention. Not completely negative but it is beginning to teeter on the more side than not...We like our surrounding neighbors, rental price is reasonable, complex has close access to freeways, we love Bethany in the office (seems to be the only one left who cares). Was hopeful the new manger would make positive changes but haven't seen any personally.
