| - Although the customer service at this location is great, I had to change my previous 5 star review to a one. I'd be lying if I didn't feel like a complete idiot...as if I was intentionally cheated & screwed over by this dealership.
When you purchase a car from any dealership, you have to have insurance before you can drive off the lot. So of course, I was was told I had been approved for full coverage by my existing auto insurance company and that I was good to go. Little did I know that here I have been driving around this awful car for a month or so without any coverage! What if I had been in an accident or been pulled over- I would wind up in jail without coverage!!! But clearly this dealership could care less what happens to their loyal customers as long as they profit off of you. I kept checking my on line banking statements to see when my payments would be taken out,etc...I repeatedly tried to contact my insurance agent only to find out I can't afford the required full coverage for this new vehicle & the way overpriced payments.
So my "new/used" car is literally sitting in my garage collecting dust...there's nothing I love more than quite literally throwing away an entire paycheck for an piece of crap car!!! When I met with the dealership to see if they would buy the vehicle back , they weren't even willing to give me half of what it's worth because "they have two already at the dealership...there's too many on all the lots so they're not worth a lot"...you know why there's so many Velosters no one wants, because they suck! I realize they need to make a profit but my car has less than 5,000 miles on it,etc so they could easily sell it for just $300.00 short of what I paid for it.
I also received two different quotes from Ed when I inquired about trading it in...over a 10,000.00 difference in just one month, seems pretty shady to me. After all the trouble I've gone through trying to get rid of this car and dealing with multiple dealerships, I will never buy from a dealership ever again!
