  • I had a facial on January 27th and it was not at all what I expected. They lady kept pushing me to upgrade to a more expensive facial even though I told her it was my first time here and I wanted to try it out, she repeatedly pointed out what she thought were flaws in my skin, she did not bother to tell me anything she was doing, no mentioning of products or what they do. Basically she slobbered a few different lotions on my face and exfoliated and that was it. SO DISAPPOINTING! $90 later I walked out of there with no satisfaction. The 2 stars are for the front desk receptionists who were nice and friendly and the cleanliness. Would not recommend this place for facials.
