  • Considering this is the city's passport application office, it's a total disorganized unprofessional mess. I was told to make an appointment & come 10 minutes early and it would be about 15-20 minutes. I came 15 mins early and I've now been here over 2 hours, they have one person working. Until now I never thought any government facility could be any more disorganized, unprofessional, rude and overall unpleasant experience worse than the dmv.
