I visited on a Friday morning in late August. School must not have started yet, because there were a lot of children inside and the insectarium was quite crowded. The Insectarium is definitely geared towards young children, but there were of course a lot of other people present as well. There were a lot of informational exhibits, but I really wish that there were more live insects for me to visualize what I was learning. A live butterfly exhibit would have been a nice addition. However, I did enjoy looking for all the "camouflage bugs" that the museum had in their live insect collection. The museum was average and not too shabby in terms of content, but I've definitely experienced better. I only took a quick stroll through the Insectarium because of how crowded it was (and I didn't want to trample on any loose children), so I only spent around 20-30 minutes there.
