  • This is really a nice spot in Pittsburgh, whether you're a runner, a sun lover, a river lover, getting away for lunch, a nice after dinner walk or just being a people-watcher. There is seating all around the fountain & you can put your feet in, but you can't get into it or the police will blow their whistles at you. There are also bathrooms which is a huge bonus if you are exercising or hanging out for a few hours. There are boat tie-ups here as well.
