| - I took my Mossberg 500 shotgun to have the safety repaired, along with three other very basic repairs. I was told it would be two weeks to complete the order.
I called after two weeks and was informed parts were not received as of yet.
I called two weeks after my first inquirey, now a month later, and was informed once again the parts were not received. I expressed my disappointment to the employee on the phone, who stated she would have a gun smith call me in a few minutes. Since I NEVER received a call, I recalled five hours later, and was told the head gun smith would call me the next day, which never happened.
A week later, now five weeks, I recalled to find out the shop was still waiting for parts. I went down and picked up my shotgun. The employee was not concerned when I made the comment " I'm picking up my shotgun, since your having problems finding the parts.
Very poor customer service and follow up!
I ordered ALL the parts online, which has a standard delivery date in a week.
I guess having a TV show makes the shop enough money, so taking care and communicating with customers in not important.
