  • Do not use this foreign supported card! They contacted me about possible credit fraud. After review I was out of town and charges were hours from my home. I thought what a great credit card company. Nope I was wrong. Every time I called, no matter what time, I got foreign support. I supplied all necessary information to support that these were not my charges. They sent me a new card and transferred the bad charges to the new card. They said it would take 30 -60 days to remove the charges, no problem I was OK. I just received notification that since I've paid towards my previous balance, I acknowledged they were my charges and the case was closed. What? Hundreds of dollars of charges starting from $3 to $300, after THEY notified me, were fraudulently charged? None with my signature? When I call Monday through Friday you receive nothing but India based support with rude people. Do not put yourself at risk in today's world with a company that probably makes the charges themselves and sells their purchases on eBay. Thank you Credit One for being a dishonest partner to hard working people.
