  • Premium toppings and great customer service can't make up for a dry patty I ordered the turkey burger called California Lovin' at the PNC Park location during a Pittsburgh Pirates game. It was topped with avacado, Provolone cheese, pesto mayo, roasted tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts. The turkey patty was so dry that it really needed all those toppings to add moisture as well as flavor. I particularly enjoyed the pesto. Avacado always has a way of sliding out of sandwiches and this was no exception. This was a messy sandwich eating experience...don't forget to grab some napkins! The customer service was warm and came with a smile and that was the highlight of the experience. I won't be purchasing from the PNC Park location of BRGR again.
