They rescheduled my haircut after someone called in sick. Well they didn't tell me and the appointment was for a little bit later but then they scheduled me with a stylist that was more expensive. When I let them know the time and price changed they disagreed and even continued to try to make excuses and disagree when I showed them the confirmation email. The manager left a half-a$$ message that was cut off and it didn't even have an apology when I reached out to corporate and I hadn't heard a word since. Customer service is obviously not a strong suit.
