  • If it was possible to give 0 stars I would with a heartbeat. My husband and I received the worse service I've ever received. I get better service at McDonald's. The salesman we originally was working with was busy so he referred us to his "partner" Ivan. This guy was afraid to approach us and basically did not want to help us out. I refuse to spend money to someone who either doesn't appreciate it or just flat out shows that they don't want my money. The receptionist was extremely rude and was more into her makeup (yes- she was applying makeup at work) and we basically stood in the middle of the store with documentation, cash in hand and a clean trade in waiting out side for a long time to basically get ignored by the sales associates. Needless to say, we walked out angry (no one stopped us either) and happily proceeded to another dealership who was more than happy to help us! Very disappointing for this is a HUGE dealership with great potential.. but without good customer service, the hype won't last long..
