Worst insurance office I've ever dealt with , had a miscommunication over billing due to my wallet being stolen and a card being canceled and changed out. Instead of notifying me they decided to start the process of canceling my coverage which resulted in my car not being covered for more than 30 days before I noticed what they had done. That then allowed them to penalize me and come back with a new monthly rate roughly 300% higher. I would have had no issue paying a small penalty for the mistake on my end but for them to not call even once or send an email to the correct address to notify me of what's going on is complete shit and a scam. Ultimately this will now cost me an additional 60 a month on what I had been paying before and I've had to switch to geico who quoted me 248 a month for the same coverage you're now quoting me 600+ a month for. So congrats you lost a customer who until this incident hadn't missed a payment ever or even had a late one and had been insured with you for 10+ years.
