  • WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT PRICING!! Woke up this morning and the thermostat read 85 while it was set to 78, there was definitely something wrong with the AC. I called a couple places but since it's Labor Day - one guy said they could come tomorrow and the other places just had their automated service to leave a message. I called Infinity and Richard answered the phone - this was 10:30am. He was apologetic that it being a holiday, he only had 1 technician available and was booked. BUT, turns out Richard is the owner and resides in our neighborhood and felt bad leaving us without AC and said he'd be over. He came less than an hour, maybe even less than 30 minutes - mind you, it's Labor Day! He did his assessment and said it's likely the capacitor. He had to leave to get the part but came back, again within an hour and VOILA - we have AC! Richard is a true professional! Honest and just a cool guy!! He did not even try and charge a premium because of the holiday. I'd highly recommend Infinity to anyone looking for consult or repairs. This is why I say his customer service is world class & pricing, great!!
