So I've been using Walgreens for quite some time now and today was the straw that broke the camel's back I placed a refill request last night through Thier app ,I called this morning to check status of my medication I get cooperate office back east I ask about my 5 refills I had placed last night they said they only received 4 I was then transferred to my local Walgreens and they only reflect 3 refills submitted ??? I know right I'm trying to figure out what happened to the others lol, so when I went in to pick up they had 1 ready LMAO, 1 of the others was pending approval I showed the empty bottle to the tech he takes it back and comes back and says "oh the pharmacist made a mistake and label it wrong there are no refills left" LMFAO I wonder if it was even my medicine take care guys... Overall Billy the technician was an awesome example of customer service he was not there this afternoon well I didn't see him Billy you Da Man..
