  • I would've given it 0 stars if I could. Never order cakes from them! They are NOT responsible at all. I ordered a cake on a given Monday for pickup on Friday night. When I went for my pickup, all that I got was "Oh I'm sorry we made the wrong size, so we crossed off your order and would just give you your money back". What!? When a party was waiting for a cake to celebrate a birthday, what does money do exactly!??? They gave me a replacement cake with some BLACK, ROTTEN, strawberries on top. Simply GROSS, don't know how else to describe it. Never order cakes from Coldstone, you might as well buy a 100 times more delicious one from Walmart. And I didn't even mention that my cake was $50 something dollars. Keep that in mind too.
