Saw a mouse.
Got yelled at by girl wearing glasses in the morning check in process. Went back and told her not to raise her voice at me again.
Wasn't given clear answers to my questions about the rules. Rule sheet sucks as far as this: they give no honest warning that they'll change you to a different room for a next night stay! Just a bunch of kiss up "Love us? Let us know" crap section on reserving rooms. Gave new meaning to "hostile".
Owner, Nicole, lied to me on the phone about the changing rooms and how "Moving On?" section in their rules meant moving rooms!!!
Couldn't sleep second night after being snapped at and talked down to earlier in he day!
Travelers were nice, except some people somehow determined they weren't concerned about mice... Hmm odd.
Night staff was friendliest, but hardest to find as they had their chores all over the place.
Would give it no stars except for the night staff! And the nice travelers.
"First is the worst?" Experience in a Hostile Hostel! My first ever time staying at one.
