  • I recently had a Nature2 mineral cartridge housing that sprung a leak on my 7 year old Rondo Pool. I called Leslie first, their technicians were almost a full week out, not to mention that when you call their (800) number you speak to someone across the country... Not knowing any pool repair/service companies I turned to Yelp for answers, and by this time my pool water was in need of help from the pump not running for a week. I came across S.O.S. Pool repair. Sheila answered the phone, was local and truly wanted to help. Her technicians were also extremely busy and we're going to be another 3 days out, but she recommended Nexus Pool Care in Queen Creek. I called and spoke to the owner Trent, he had someone out to fix my N2 problem the same day. They also discovered I had a broken auto filler and replaced it as well. Since then, Nexus has been maintaining and servicing my pool on a weekly basis. They are extremely knowledgable and email me a weekly report that shows all chemical levels and states if it is safe to swim in. I am extremely happy with the service and expertise of Trent and his team, and highly recommend their services!
