  • Great service! Why is it things ever break down tuesday morning at 8am? No, Friday evening at 5pm is when I notice something is wrong. Our freezer's defrosting and it was full of food! I called Jones Appliance Service based on the A+/BBB ratings and Joe answered the call, took down all pertinent information and stated he could be at our home within 2 hours. Additionally he stated he would call to let me know he was on the way! Really? On a Friday evening? Service and courtesy? I did not think I had a prayer of resolving this after hours but figured I would have to wait until Saturday or even Monday. Joe gave me hope. He arrived within the promised time and diagnosed our problem in less than 15 minutes. With the right part in his truck to get our fridge back up and running the fridge was repaired in under 1 hour. He explained the warranty he could provide and then gave us the bill. What? No after hours service charge? We found our new "go to guy" when we need appliance repairs done. I highly recommend Jones Appliance Repair. Can't imagine what other reviewers are talking about and why this company doesn't have a solid 4 or 5 star rating across the board on Yelp. No hesitation to recommend him highly.
