  • It took three appointments before they actually showed up to the appointment. Then he left dirt all over my fireplace and nocked off the cap to the fire place. Which if my husband had not asked him if he was going to put it back on I don't think he would have. Then he asks us for a ladder to put it back on. The were extremely unprofessional and left a mess behind for us to clean up. Would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.
