Ok... so I hit this place up on a Friday afternoon around 12:30pm for lunch... it was busy-ish... not slammed but busy... all the tables were taken as were most of the counter stools.
Pros:
- Great Sourdough Bread! Totally Awesome!
- Fresh ingredients
- Good location...easy 'in' and 'out'... good parking... Pecos and Paseo
- More than just a sandwich shop.... they have breakfast items, soup, salads and pizza on the menu
Cons:
- Sandwiches are 'bready'....meaning mostly bread
- Meat is about 1/2 of what is shown in the examples
- The Garlic Pesto... was not really all that "Garlic Pesto-y"... I was hard pressed to taste the Garlic or the Pesto seasoning in the turkey meat
- Allegedly they have soup, but there was no sign saying what the soup of the day was
- Not many tables... about 7 or 8 so plan on taking out unless you get lucky and can grab a table
- Menu is not that creative... pretty typical stuff
