  • We have known Steve Senseman of Senseman Fine Homes for 15 years and he has worked on five projects at two houses for us. We would never think of using another contractor! In addition to being a pleasure to work with, Steve also has a great design sense and work ethic. He recently did a kitchen remodel for us and he made this as painless as possible. Steve prepares a budget in advance of each job and sticks to it, which is extremely comforting. He also prepares a schedule for subs working on the job and they always show up on time on their assigned day. Our kitchen remodel was done a few days ahead of schedule which was just great. We know there are people who complain about their contractor, but we have never had anything but success with Steve Senseman. We would never hesitate to refer him to anyone. Maureen and John Chestnut
