  • There is a new Vet at Animal Hospital at Grayhawk! Dr. Berman is the best!! I have been taking my dog there for the last 3 years. I drive over 20 miles round trip to see THIS Vet and until now that meant Dr. Howard. Today we saw Dr. Berman and his lovely caring assistant Vito's annual checkup and vaccinations. I must say it ranked up there as one of the top customer service experiences I have ever had. I have NO doubt that Dr. Berman is amazing because he is Conscientious, Knowledgable and so Kind and Caring. I was astounded by the level of communication between the team, doctor and me. He spent more time than I have ever received from Dr. Howard and he worked hard to earn my dogs trust. My dog is like my kid. I want to feel like everyone loves him as much as I do and he better be taken care of or, well, what do they say about a mothers wrath? I am willing to pay and travel, for both of us to be treated with respect and kindness and my dogs health is truly Priceless. I cannot stop praising Dr. Berman and his business model. They believe in positive reinforcement and it certainly shows. I started at Grayhawk with Dr. Howard because he worked with Power Paws Assistance Dogs where I adopted my dog when he was two years old and released from the assistance program. Dr. Howard is stepping back toward retirement and he couldn't have found a better replacement. Thanks for choosing wisely Dr. Howard. I look forward to many years of care with Dr. Berman and the rest of the team at Animal Hospital of Grayhawk.
