I came into the this Verizon store on full alert and skeptical due to all the previous reviews. I am at a loss for words with my experience. Jonathan, my rep, was nothing less than outstanding! He greeted me with a smile and apologized for my wait. Little did he know what he was getting into. There were serious billing issues that stemmed back from months ago. Customer care nor any other store had been able to give me a clear answer or any resolution until today. I was blown away with how easy he made it seem. I have been trying to resolve this for months and he took care of it like it was the easiest task he has had all day. Why couldnt anyone else in the company do this the way he had? Sure, they were very busy and the music was loud but maybe they are so busy because they offer amazing service? I used to go to the store by my home and they too were typically busy. But from now i will be returning only to the promenade location for Jonathan. Not only did the guy resolve my mess of an account but he also got me on the right plan that was better for the whole family which included an IPAD! He hands me an ipad and says "Would you take this if i can give it to you today with nothing out of pocket and we will keep your plan at the rate i quoted you?" .....hmmmm um YES. The guy fixed an issue that no one could, lowered my rate a little and gave me an ipad air for no cost. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was because the wait was long but with the service i received, i can honestly say i dont mind and it was worth it.
