| - The doctors are either too busy or just irresponsible, and the customer service is the worst. Unless you're having a baby, you are just not a priority. I had a routine appt with Dr. Hunt once and she spent maybe 2 whole minutes with me, giving me the shortest answers possible and rushing me out of the office. Then, I could only get in to see one of her assistants, and they were actually kind of nice, but not super helpful. If you're looking for a doctor who will answer your questions, be responsive to concerns, and offer solutions, this is not the office for you. Moreover, scheduling is a nightmare and they've never followed up on anything. So, if you want your well woman appointments annually, you'd better keep track of that, because they won't remind you like your dentist does. Oh! And once, they misinterpreted some medical imaging results for me and sent me to a specialist who was like, "Umm... I'm not sure why you're here, clearly nothing has changed in the past few years and I don't know why they're saying it has." So, that was pretty fun. Who doesn't love unnecessary stress and costs, right?
Update: I've since switched doctors and wanted to warn you about the irresponsible care I received at this office. Dr. Hunt told me to take my monthly oral contraceptives continuously (skipping placebo pills), which made me very sick with nausea, stomach aches, etc. I called the office and asked to speak to the doctor to see if it might be because of the pills. A while later, an assistant got back to me (so, note how my request to speak to the doctor wasn't respected) and told me that the doctor said that's impossible, it can't be the pills, it must be something else, but gave me no further guidance or referrals to any other doctor. I discontinued the pills and of course the problem went away. My current doctor was like, umm yeah it definitely could've been the pills and too many hormones. So there you go. That's the kind of service this office has provided me in the past and I feel like my health was not in good hands.
