  • Paid for the most expensive detail for my GS 300 and everything looked good, until I went home and opened my trunk to discover nothing had been done to it. No vacuum nor carpet steam which was part of the full detail. Went back to ask why they didn't clean it and their excuse was "we cannot open sedan trunks because of liability reasons where contents of trunks are not easily visible and could be dangerous." They didn't have a PROBLEM opening it to throw my mats in. So SHADY!!!
