Please beware of purchasing doors at the Lowe's in McCandless Crossing in Pittsburgh, PA. We first started the process of ordering in April. We needed the doors in by the end of June and that was stated by us and confirmed by Lowe's many times during the process. Our knowledgeable salesman, Bill, helped us through MANY challenges in ordering and having doors installed - Lowe's sent wrong guy to measure, our name was in the computer too many times (?), storm doors were left off the order, colors weren't inputted into the computer, etc., etc. Lowe's dropped the ball too many times to count and we had to actively manage the process every step of the way. We spent several hours at the mill desk trying to move the order along. Now that the doors are FINALLY in, there's only one installer for the area and we aren't on the list to have to doors installed in 3 more weeks. Lowe's won't move our order up in the cue and really the managers aren't interested in us or in our issue. We are asking for our money back. New windows are next on our list and we definitely won't be buying at Lowe's.
