  • Do not fly frontier out of CLE. They are clearly not equipped to handle the influx of customers at their service counter, causing lengthy delays for a simple check in process. No curb side check in either, so be ready to stand for an hour + just to get checked in. Both of my flights took off THIRTY minutes late, despite the fact that we were promptly boarded. The bagged claim process is best described as snail speed, just a horrible airline.
