  • The Residence is a great place to live ONLY for the location and secured garage parking. The location of the Residence is in walking distance to just about anything you need or want to do! The Residence itself is very run down. From the paint, carpets, and flooring to the cleanliness of the entire building. The apartments themselves are old looking and NEED to be updated. The pool/outside area and weight room are just okay. There is hardly ever any coffee or cups available on the 6th floor, days can go by and there are still no cups and sometimes no coffee/hot cocoa. The monthly rent is high if you ask me since the place is so run down but I guess that's what it's going to be due to such a great location.
