  • If you play slots with your players card DON'T ask KIMBERLY for assistance. I asked her several questions and her standard answer was go stand in line and at rewards desk and ask them. KIMBERLY is a slot attendant. A very poor ambassador to the entire casino. On a more positive note. Michael the waiter in the gran cafe was very accomadating. His demeanor was pleasant. Maybe michael should train KIMBERLY. Snide remarks and sarcasm don't resonate good customer service. Michael gets 5 stars. You can guess what Kimberly earned.
