  • I was incredibly lucky to have business colleague introduce me to Laura and her mini-apples. Have sent my clients cookies, brownies and popcorn over the years and rarely received an acknowledgement. Once I started sending mini-apples I heard from each and every client that received them. Recently my daughter eloped and we planned a wedding reception in a very short period of time. The day before the reception I realized that we had forgotten an integral ingredient...a wedding cake! I crossed my fingers, contacted Laura and she not only agreed to do it, but delivered the exact cake I had in mind! My daughter is not a traditional girl in any sense and I thought a "naked" cake would suit her and her husband's personality to a T. I was correct. The cake was beautiful and delicious! I would highly recommend Laura and Because Baked Goods. Not only does she deliver excellent products, but where in the world do you find someone to produce the exact wedding cake you wanted, in 24 hours?!? Without Laura and her willingness to provide excellent service my daughter would not have a wedding cake on this special day.
